我是否可以Refinance屋子拿来还PTPTN的债？这样做OK吗?

理财师对于这项申请Refinance还PTPTN课题的看法？
你好， 首先呢，我的看法是
- 欠下的政府给的贷学金PTPTN，是必须还的。
- 如果没有还PTPTN,你的CCRIS会出现很多1,2,3,这会严重影响你的Credit Scoring, 如果你以后要借钱买车子，买房子，申请信用卡，都会有问题。 (因为银行会觉得你是一个没有信用的人，都不会愿意借钱给你).
- 其实我们要感谢马来西亚政府给我们低息贷学金PTPTN, 利息才1%.
- 如果你去Refinance你的家，房贷利息是3%。这根本不合逻辑，借3%利率的贷款,去付1%利息的贷款。
- 而且不要忘记，Refinance家，需要重新付律师费，Stamp Duty那些,至少RM10,000块。我觉得你付的律师费，已经远远超过你需要付的那几期PTPTN了。
结论是什么呢？到底要不要申请Refinance供PTPTN是不是明智的选择呢？
- 不需要refinance你的家来付PTPTN
- 每个月做好预算，尽量挤一笔钱出来还。
- 如果真的没钱付PTPTN,可以去和PTPTN谈restructure, 从新调整loan tenure,拉长来供。
- 或者可以参考我自己本身的经验，我是拿EPF出来，付完我的PTPTN. (回想当初有点傻，可是，我好像松了一口气，原来没有欠钱，感觉是那么爽的。)
